1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Territory Cybernetics ABN 47 668 066 582 ("Territory Cybernetics", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the territorycybernetics.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Acceptable Use
Our Site may be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

Territory Cybernetics provides cybernetic solutions including but not limited to:
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions
- Custom software development
- Electronics and hardware design
- Professional audio and video systems
- Wearable technology solutions
- Cybersecurity consulting and implementation
All services are provided subject to separate service agreements and these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Territory Cybernetics and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Australia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Any custom solutions developed for clients remain subject to the terms of individual service agreements, which may include provisions for intellectual property ownership and licensing.
5. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Site, to understand our practices. Our Privacy Policy complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Territory Cybernetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Site or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right, or remedy which you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any similar state or territory legislation and which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Northern Territory of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory of Australia.
8. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you have certain rights that cannot be excluded or limited. These Terms do not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, condition, warranty, right, or remedy available to you under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
